- Bottlecaps
- scissors
- string
Directions[]
- Tie the dress in small sections around the bottlecaps with the string.
- Cover dress in random splotches of each kind of paint
- Leave in garbage bag overnight
- Wash dress in cold water in washing machine the next morning
