And the topic for the week is...
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup organic coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Mash avocado with a fork until smooth
- Mix in melted coconut oil
- Drizzle in honey
- Stir until well combined
- Apply to hair and leave on for at least 30 minutes before shampooing
