One of our favorite craft bloggers, Crafty Chica , has drawn attention to a new and intriguing form of craft by French artist Anastassia Elias. Elias has been using extremely precise paper cutting methods to make delicate vignettes--inside toilet paper rolls! Yes, that's right. Suddenly all those thrown out cardboard rolls seem like they could have served a purpose.
