I had a frame that housed a clock that broke long ago. There is the round outer frame and a back plate that housed the clockface. Second, Choose a heavyweight wrapping paper to frame. I chose gold stripes with a black velvet floral design. Third, take a piece of posterboard, measure the back to fit in the frame. Use Modge Podge to adhere the wrapping paper to the posterboard. Do not use too much or the paper will bubble. Fourth, once it is dry, put another coat on the top to seal it. Let dry again and cut it out.
